GetPhound ("GetPhound," "we," "us") operates the website getphound.com and an internal tool called GetPhound Ads Connector. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1. Website information

When you contact us through our website, by email, or by phone, we collect the information you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and message. We use it to respond to you, provide our services, and manage our client relationship with you. We do not sell your personal information.

2. GetPhound Ads Connector

GetPhound Ads Connector is a private tool used only by GetPhound team members to manage Google Ads accounts on behalf of our clients. It is not offered to the public, and no outside users sign in to it.

The connector uses the Google Ads API. With authorization from a GetPhound Google account, it can access Google Ads account data that GetPhound is already authorized to manage, including campaign settings, ads, keywords, budgets, assets, performance metrics, and account change history.

3. How we use Google user data

We use this data only to provide and improve the advertising management services our clients have hired us to perform, such as reviewing performance, building and editing campaigns, and monitoring account health. Changes to an account are made only by GetPhound team members.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising unrelated to the client's own account. We do not transfer it to third parties, except as needed to provide our services, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

GetPhound's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Storage and security

The connector runs on Google Cloud. Access credentials are stored in Google Cloud Secret Manager, and access to the connector requires a private key. We keep a small amount of operational data, such as daily account health check results, in Google Cloud Storage. This data is automatically deleted after 120 days. We do not keep copies of client advertising data beyond what is needed to provide our services.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services or meet legal obligations. A client may ask us to stop accessing their Google Ads account at any time by removing GetPhound's access in their Google Ads account settings. 6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at the address below.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
