Here’s how that breaks down so that we can achieve our goal of 100 keywords on page 1 within 45-60 days:


Week 1:

We work with you to come up with a list of relevant keywords and locations in your service area. (E.g. “electrician, panel upgrade, electrical contractor” and “Miami, West Palm Beach, Coral Gables," etc.)


Weeks 2-3:

We create the page content for your landing pages and then create your branded landing pages. The pages are supercharged for SEO with highly-optimized elements that Google loves to see. 


Weeks 4-8:

Once we publish the pages, submit them to Google for indexing and watch in our tracking software to see them climb to the top of the SERPs. We aim to have the rankings attained by weeks 8-9.


Month 2+:

  • Why do you offer a guarantee?

    We have been able to consistently achieve the proposed goal of 100 keywords on page 1 in roughly 85-90% of the campaigns we launch. This gives us the confidence to offer a guarantee. The unique process that we have developed to create landing pages allows us to bulk create them in a highly efficient manner. Since these location keywords can be seen as “lower hanging fruit” in terms of competitiveness, it's a great strategy to capture a lot of keywords quickly to gain some early momentum in our SEO campaigns.


  • What does my startup fee cover?

    The initial startup fee covers the creation/buildout of your local landing pages, and 3 months of hosting/maintenance on the pages once live. 


  • What is included in my monthly fee?

    The monthly fee covers the following items:

    • Monthly hosting of landing pages 
    • Management of local landing pages
    • Monthly Reporting
    • Dedicated account management


  • How do you select which keywords to target?

    Using information provided by you we will perform keyword research using industry leading SEO tools like Semrush and Google Keyword Planner. Our overall strategy is to target the lesser competitive, location specific keywords via our landing pages and the more competitive, non-location specific search phrases via our blogging efforts. 


  • What happens if I don't rank for 100+ keywords on page 1?

    If we find that after 3 months of having the campaign active we are unable to meet the rankings goal, we will provide you with a couple options: 

    1. Continue having GP host/manage the pages with current rankings for 50% of the proposed management fee (until we are able to get over 100 on page 1).
    2. Discontinue the campaign and have us send you an .xml file containing all the page text GP created.

  • Can I add more keywords to my campaign?

     Yes, you can add keywords to your campaign. Since our campaigns cover 1000 keywords, we have two options:


    Increase the total number of keywords - We would create a second campaign to avoid any issues with search engines. We offer this in bundles of 250 keywords with an additional monthly fee of $125/month. 


    Replace underperforming keywords - We could create a set of new pages and replace underperforming keywords in the campaign (keeping within the 1000 keywords) for a one-time fee of $250. 


  • What if I want to host the pages myself?

    We include the pages in our 6 month SEO packages which allows to offer them at the price we do. In the event you would like to host the landing pages on your own, we offer a couple options:

    1. We will send you an .xml file containing all of the page text created and you can work with another developer to develop the pages into your own site - no cost to you.
    2. Have GP set up a portable website containing the pages that we can set up on your own sever -- $1000 one time fee (see explanation below) 

    GP has developed a unique development process to create the pages in scale (and be able to offer them at the price we do) and this process is integrated into our server so in order to make the developed version of the pages portable it needs to be done using a separate process.

  • What if my business isn’t considered “local”?

    Since many of our clients target a broader audience (regional, national, etc.) some of the items that are specific to local businesses (those that are address based, i.e. GBP, Directories, etc.) wouldn’t benefit their business.. Therefore, we have separated out our packages to include a “local add-on” option for those where the address-based SEO services do apply.
